Women Only Swimming at Sunshine Leisure Centre

Come along and enjoy a relaxing swim and spa, in visually secure surroundings. Ideal for those with specific cultural requirements. 

The Centre is supervised by female staff and entry includes access to private heated indoor pool and spa. Sessions provide a great opportunity to socially connect with others and have fun in a safe, private environment.

• Please note, on days over 35 degrees session will not be held

30 minutes swimming lessons are also available on Women’s Only swimming nights. Our Women’s Only learn to swim program is ideal for women who want to become more confident in and around the water, improve their swimming skills and their fitness.

Places are limited, we recommend booking your swimming lesson via our Client Portal or by visiting reception at Sunshine Leisure Centre.
