Swimming lessons have resumed at Sunshine Leisure Centre
It’s been great to see so many familiar faces coming in for swimming lessons this week. The team has been busy getting everything ready for lessons to return and it’s exciting to see so many keen students. Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we worked through the high volume of enquiries and calls over the past week. All families have been set up with access to our new client portal. In our client portal you are able to see your lesson times, update payment details, see upcoming debit payments and pay any outstanding balances. Our client portal is constantly developing, and very soon you will be able to track your swimming skills progression. Stay tuned! To access the client portal you need to reset your password. You can do this by following this link. If you have any issues accessing the portal, or can’t see particular family members on your profile please email us at email@example.com
Changing lesson times
Thank you all for your patience as we managed a large influx of calls and emails from families wanting to change their lesson times. If you do wish to change, the most efficient way is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred time and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can speak to the On Deck Supervisor at your next lesson.
We ran our first direct debit on Thursday 12th November. This Debit payment covers lessons and access to the pool between 12/11 and 25/11. Please note for students who have lessons on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you will be charged for 3 lessons in this debit, as lessons on the 9/11-11/11 would normally have been processed in the debit prior. Casual swimming access before/after our lesson
9 November - 22 November
Please note that due to the restrictions of 20 participants per indoor pool, we currently cannot permit casual swimming before or after your lesson time in the indoor pool. However, you can book into the outdoor pool sessions running alongside your lesson, or any indoor pool session across the remainder of the week. Any casual swimming session available on the client portal is complimentary, but bookings are essential. If you have any issues booking into these sessions, please contact us at email@example.com
As of the 23rd of November, swim school members will be able to casually swim for 30 minutes after their lesson. Students will still enter the facility just before their lesson starts, but will be able to stay 30mins after their lesson to casually swim. You will not need to book if you are swimming after your lesson. If you wish to attend any sessions outside of this time, you will be required to book using the client portal.
