Conditions of Entry 

  • The Sunshine Leisure Centre is a non-smoking venue 
  • Bags must be presented for inspection upon request from Leisure Centre staff 
  • No glass, alcohol, sharp objects or illegal contraband is permitted in the centre 
  • Pass outs are only issued for 10 minutes.  
  • No pets or animals are allowed- Guide Dogs are excepted 
  • Only Leisure Centre staff are permitted to conduct the following: Centre tours, Personal Training and Swimming lessons. 
  • Cameras are not permitted to be used in the centre. Photography is permitted after receiving a signed photography approval form and wristband. 
  • The Health Club has a strict ‘NO TOWEL NO TRAIN’ policy 
  • The Health Club has a strict No Open Shoe policy 
  • Patrons using the Health Club , Group Fitness and Aquatic Area must wear appropriate attire 
  • Sunshine Leisure Centre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property 
  • CCTV is used throughout the centre 
  • In an emergency situation please follow all directions from staff (Emergency Wardens) as per evacuation plan 
  • Children under the age of 10 years must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of  16 years, at all times 
  • For your safety please obey Centre staff directions/rules at all times 
  • Please do not block any Emergency Exits 
  • All patrons are required to pay an Entrance Fee, in accordance with user fees and charges.  
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person at any time.
