Group Fitness Timetable Update

Please read the important changes to the group fitness timetable

Group Fitness Timetable Update

Effective from Monday 31st May, our group fitness booking timeframes will change. Currently, classes for next week open for booking 2 hours after the current class has commenced. To help make this process more accessible to more people, we will be changing this to 2 hours BEFORE the class has started. Read more about the changes here

Class Open for bookings from
Monday 9:15am Body Pump 11:15am the week prior

 

New booking process
Class Open for bookings from
Monday 9:15am Body Pump 7:15am the week prior

 
Please note that as this change will come into effect on Monday 31st May.
