TRX Suspension Training- Suspension and Resistance based training
TRX Suspension Training:
You may have noticed a new addition to our health clubs in the past few weeks. TRX Suspension trainers have been set up in both Health Clubs and in the Group Fitness Studio at Sunshine. Suspension training is a resistance based training method involving a system of straps and handles that allow you to work against your own bodyweight. Our entire team of gym staff have attended training on how to use and coach TRX exercises so ask them how you can incorporate them into your workout.
